We started WaveAutomation because we got tired of watching businesses run on broken, disconnected systems that nobody took responsibility for. We think there's a better way.
Why We Started
We kept seeing the same thing: businesses running on systems that were never properly planned, tested, or built to last. Multiple tools connected with duct tape. Software shipped, invoiced, and abandoned. Nobody asking whether it actually worked, or whether it would still work six months later.
That pattern of deploy, charge, leave is common. We think it's wrong. Good software should deliver real outcomes for the business and stay out of the way. It shouldn't need constant firefighting. It shouldn't create new problems to replace the ones it solved.
We started WaveAutomation because we care about doing this right. That means understanding the business first, building things that are actually tested and integrated, and measuring success by what changes for the people using it, not just by whether it shipped.
